Co Founder & Co-Editor (Wannabe Biohacker and a marketer’s dream prospect)

I’m the resident biohacker and a marketer’s dream. As someone who believes you can’t put a price on health, I would buy health-enhancing products first, and look at the research later. Then I’d realise the promises of x, y or z benefits weren’t backed by scientific rigour.

My passion for health has grown with my lifetime of experiences. At 19 years of age I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition called Graves disease, and began taking my health more seriously. My health then took a back seat over the past 5 years- I’d skip Dr’s appointments and get my thyroid checked regularly – largely because I had prioritised the completion of my MBA studies, a wedding and working full time. I have since discovered that my thyroid condition was initially misdiagnosed- my most recent blood test revealing I actually have Hashimoto disease. I’ve also walked alongside the health concerns of my father as he experienced and beat cancer.

I have a lot to be grateful for in this world and now I prioritise health, so I may continue to enjoy my blessings. I have decided to create this resource to evaluate what the research has to say about certain health-related claims. This will help me make better decisions for my health, and I hope it does likewise for you. I hope this resource helps me to reach centenarian status one day. I will be participating in the centenarian olympic as Dr Peter Attia says.

I manage the business side of the Evidently Healthy blog evidentlyhealthy.com.au and help the health researchers analyse current and future health trends. I aim to ensure we deliver timely, relevant and well-researched articles to our valued subscribers. I may also throw in a few personal interest topics for our researchers, relating to biohacking, longevity and healthspan

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, snowboarding, diving, podcasts, exercise and eating in and out. #Coffee-Lover Rating global coffee beans.
